「There were baseball teams staying kids running around everywhere. Parents were getting drunk at the pool and their kids overtook the pool where my kids couldn’t even get in and swim. They over took the breakfast area ended up not even getting breakfast because it was ridiculous. They ran up and down the halls screaming. 「The reviews and photos online were very misleading. We were warned not to eat the breakfast, which was set up in a closed restaurant. The bedding was stained, the towels were burned with holes in them. Our smoke detector was hanging by a wire. 」

「This hotel is amazing!!!! Front desk staff super friendly, in fact, every employee I encountered was friendly. The room was clean, smelled good, and decorated so great! Bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing. So many options, and fully stocked. I highly recommend staying here. My expectations were greatly exceeded, and I will be a repeat customer.」

「Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running.
