It is located 5500 meters from the center of Morzine and 50 meters from the nearest shuttle stop.
The ski lifts and slopes are 4000 meters from the chalet.
Surface area : about 120 m². 3rd floor. Orientation : South. View mountain. Level 0 : Bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, WC. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer. Level 1 : Living room with stove. Kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooking ring, fridge-freezer. Separated WC. Balcony. Level 2 : 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds. Shower room with hairdryer, WC.
