"The staff were kind and professional. The only issue was that the elevator was out of service, but before I confirmed my room, a pop-up notified me so I could cancel the reservation if it would be a problem. The breakfast offered plenty of warm and cold options. The bed and pillows were luxurious, and I slept wonderfully. On arrival, throughout my stay, and at checkout, the staff kept offering me water, fresh coffee, and treats. I'm coming back in April, and I'll be booking with them again."

"Easy to book, easy access to room as you get a code and self check-in. Parking was easy too. Room was clean. Would have liked a hairdryer in bathroom - we got there too late to request one."

"Our host was excellent and welcoming. Communication was excellent as well. The house was perfect for us and very clean. We so enjoyed star-gazing at night after a day at the Great Sand Dunes National Park. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area."

"The property was well kept. The room was clean and the location was good for our travel needs. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the instructions provided us gave me the necessary information. I would say getting in after dark made it a little difficult to determine where best to park and coming in you need to pay attention to the notice board where you enter to find your room location since only location of room # is on the door. A building # or letter would have been helpful."

"The house was beautiful, clean, with amazing views! Sometimes houses don't appear as they do in the photos but this house was lovely and perfect for our needs. The only suggestion I would make is if you plan to cook, bring your own pan. All is the pans were non stick and terribly scratched (which leaks out toxins in the food you are cooking)."
