The hotel looks a little rough on the outside, but our room was comfortable, well-appointed and relaxing. It had everything we needed from a cozy bed, new fridge and AC. We’d stay here again.

Room was clean. Owners are really nice and accommodating. Rooms can be more updated such as paint and bathroom doors can be replaced in 201 instead of patched up so it doesnt look all dinged up. Shower water pressure little low in showers. Nice that they do have microwaves and fridge in room. Have been here multiple times and rooms are clean and pricing is good.

This is an older property but definitely reflects the price. Check in was seamless. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a Teslas charger there for use are by customers which was a plus. If they put some money and work into this place it could be a gold mine. It has a walk way to the beach a really nice yard to hang out in and a beautiful view of the lake. A pol that is unfortunately out of service. Kayaks on site. I would definitely stay there again.

An older hotel, but the room we were in was well updated and clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. There’s a path to the lake and a dock. The grounds are pleasant and well maintained.

The owners were super friendly and helpful as I'm somebody who was interviewing for a job and looking to relocate there. The property is also pretty. The lake area view is relaxing and meditative.

Very small and not the best outside conditions but rooms are updated, staff is friendly, and room was very clean and organized. Additionally they allow pet, had refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. Would stay again!

First of all when we pulled into the property, it looked like a crack den. There were people living in the rooms on the property. This is not a place Anyone should stay in. I asked the owners for a refund and they refused. I spoke to a police officer at the next property that we rented and it was a beautiful, clean hotel and he said that they used to get calls there all the time for a lot of bad activity happening. This is not a place that should even be on this site or any other site. If want to feel safe do not stay here and the interaction with the owner was absolutely deplorable. BEWARE!!!!!

Relaxing place to stay, always nice to go fishing off their docks, and they have a boat launch, although I have not used it yet. Overall, a nice place to stay for the price. One of my top choices when fishing around Moses Lake.
