This is a pretty no frills property. Small rooms. We chose it because it was most affordable in area, but it was still as expensive as a 4-5 star in the U.S. Unstaffed so they send email with room code which someone in our party didnt get. No individual room temperature control and room was hot so had to sleep with windows open and all night street noise. What little food they had was way overpriced ($35 USD for soup and bread). Not enough parking for guests.

The outside door keypad was terrible. We had to use the call system to get in which took sometime. I would not have booked there if I had known there was no on-site host/desk. I did like the convenient location and the on-site free parking.

"Location is great. But they had bugs in the room, a lot. My kids didn’t sleep all night because of bugs. Also some spiders in the room. I don’t think they are cleaned well. We stayed 10 nights in Iceland in different hotels but only this hotel had this bug issue."
