"We had an amazing experience at this boutique hotel. It is small and exclusive. We received individual attention. Our room was spotless and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the ambience and the charm of the hotel. If we were to come back, we would definitely go back here. Special thanks to all the staff who were on site. Side note - if you speak Russian - this hotel is for you. The nicest Russian speaking administrator and housekeeper."

Rodos Park - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

"We had such a lovely stay at Rodos Park. What really made it special was the staff. From the bellboys to the restaurant and bar teams, everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and nothing was ever too much bother. The evening food in the restaurant was delicious and felt much more like a fine dining experience. It was a real highlight of our stay, made even better by the lovely service. We stayed in the executive suite, which was wonderfully spacious and comfortable, with a lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. It was the perfect spot to relax. A beautiful hotel with a team who really make you feel looked after. Thank you to everyone at Rodos Park for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return."

"The Rhodos Horizon City is perfectly situated with everything easily walkable. The staff were all, without exception, friendly, approachable, polite and efficient. A special mention goes to the bar team especially Michael and the wonderful Flora. The public areas were clean, if a little lacking in atmosphere. A dimming of the lights in the bar area in the evenings would probably help. We stayed in one of the top floor Island Suites. Which had two terraces with spectacular views. The main door to the suite opened onto the smaller terrace, which was fine unless you have a biblical thunderstorm, which we did on our first full day. The entrance into the suite was off this terrace via a sliding patio door with a lock which didn't work (the reception staff were aware) and a window above it which leaked badly every time it rained. Luckily we had lots of towels so were able to stop the lobby from flooding. The rest of the suite was unusual. It was completely open plan with curtains seaprating the lobby from the bed area and the bed area from the sitting area. It really would have benefitted from another curtain (or a door!) to separate the sitting area from the bathroom. My partner and I may have been together for 33 tears but would still like to enjoy a little privacey when using the toilet! The bed was a matress on the floor in a raised area and was surprisingly comfortable, if a little difficult for an old bloke to get up from! That said we really did enjoy our stay!"

"The first impression of my stay was the warm, friendly greeting by the Hotel Receptionist, Alexandria. She is a credit to the hotel. Throughout my stay, she was I credibly helpful and cheerful. My room was clean and beautifully decorated. The room is very modern with a bar fridge that is complimentary and filled each day with water, pop and beer. Complimentary coffee is included too ( Nespresso) The balcony was spacious. The location is great, lovely restaurants, stores and cafes close buly Elli beach is just at the end of the street. The bed was very comfortable . Breakfast was delicious, especially the Greek scrambled eggs. I would stay here again and highly recommend."

"Staff were amazing, really friendly, giving us lots of tips and offering free towels for the beach (deposit req) even after we checked out! The luggage room was also really helpful. Great location, the balcony was lovely. 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from late if lovely restaurants. The bed was comfy, the room was light and airy, and they give you two pillows per person. Fantastic value for money, would definitely stay again"

"Lovely hotel but my only issues were firstly, after you have used the tea, coffee and milk sachets by the kettle, they do not get replenished. There’s only enough for a white coffee each and a black tea each. When I asked for more after they were not refilled, I was told it’s not their policy to refill. Secondly, on arrival, we were told we’d been upgraded but when we got to our room, it was the room we booked (jacuzzi on balcony room). We were a little gutted as not sure why we were told we’d been upgraded when we hadn’t. We did ask if we could be upgraded from room 154 to 156 as that room is bigger and three members of staff discussed in Greek in front of us our request. This seemed unprofessional and the outcome was no as the room was reserved but given they chatted for approx 3 minutes and given we didn’t see anyone use the room, we were basically fobbed off. If we weren’t told we’d had been upgraded, we wouldn’t have had a problem but it was a false thing to say and they could have let us move to the bigger room with no one being in it. Other than those two points, the cleaner was fabulous and the lady with dark hair in reception very helpful. I would recommend to others."

The Hotel is situated 5 minutes from the beach where you can find cheap beer and free deckchairs if you eat there we had a wonderful time."
