What a amazing week in exuma. House had a ton of room for us and our 4 kids (adult and teens) location was super easy and close to airport. Selling point was a generator however it wasnt working half the week due to battery but understand 100%. Totally get it things break and it is hard to repair quickly. Any issues we had they were ALL over it and SUPER fast. We didnt have many. It was an amazing week. Beach is amazing!! On windy days we had pool day which handled 4 adults and 2 teens. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. Property manager was literally amazing!!! She always answered and helped me w other things not just the rental. I would 100% rent this property again!!!!

Amazing property

Aqua Dreams was an awesome place to stay. Pool and hot tub were incredible. Literally 100 steps to the most beautiful beach. 5 minutes from the airport. Centrally located so we could easily drive to both ends of the island. Walking distance to Tim’s on the Bay was definitely a plus. Lots of cookware and utensils in both kitchens (one bedroom is a mother in law.suite).

Great stay at Aqua Dreams

Fully equipped home and we had everything we needed and wanted. Spacious for our group of 9. Very comfortable beds and linens. AC worked great so we were very comfortable. Loved the pool and hot tub at the end of our days of exploring. Very short walk to a great beach and really liked the location of the home which was close to the airport. 2 sets of washers and dryers were quite convenient. We were able to enter early, straight from the airport. We had an outdated code on our check-in instructions so couldn’t get in right away but owner was responsive. Property manager came right over to introduce herself, but we didn’t need to contact her during our stay. Everyone had a great time using the kayaks and paddle boards. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach .if weather is not windy beach would be great but if windy no can use the beach. Waves to high. Pool and hot tub will have to do. Internet in guest house works great .just dont have the front door open that kills it.They have all the stuff for the beach. All photos on the ad are real and true.

Great Location and Great House

Our group of 4 adults loved our stay at Aqua Dreams! After exploring the entire island for 5 days, we're convinced that it is the best spot on Exuma. The house is an easy 3 minute drive from the airport (with absolutely no airport noise) and located on a gorgeous beach front. Easy walk to a nice beach bar for drinks and meals. About a 20 minute drive into Georgetown for groceries and other supplies. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the house very quiet at night. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. We used the BBQ a few nights and it worked well.We loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to Exuma and to Aqua Dreams!

Perfect home for multiple couples

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood on the beach. Very clean and well appointed Had everything we needed to cook and bbq. Pool was very clean and beautiful. Management was super helpful to refer us to restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely come back!

Fantastic girls 50th trip!

Just got back from a long weekend girls trip to Exuma. Acqua Dreams was perfect! We had delays in our flight, lost luggage and were offered clothes with tags, if we needed until our came and were in constant contact with owner, who was very responsive to all our questions. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, modern appliances, water filtration, air conditioning and anything you can think of. It’s a very short walk to a private beautiful beach. House has beach chairs, poolside chairs and floats along with towels. We had a great time and would highly recommend

Good experience but over priced

This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed. Newer nicer homes in are for same price point.

A Wonderful Vacation!

Four couples just spent 8 nights at Aqua Dreams House. We had a wonderful stay and the house had everything we needed plus more!! This was our 10th visit to Exuma and this by far was the nicest place that we stayed at and on one of the nicest beaches on the island. The beach is just a very short walk on a paved walkway and well worth it! The beach was never crowded and the waters beautiful and calm. The house had plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed all of the room we had around the pool, whether you wanted to be in the sun or if you needed the shade, there was plenty of both with umbrellas for cover. The owner, Marna, was highly responsive from the day we booked the house to the minute we left. We did have one issue with the house that needed attention and we were able to get in touch with the owner within the hour, and a temporary fix to get us through our stay was done immediately, without imposing on our rental of the house. Another wonderful benefit to staying at this house is that it had a full house generator, which kicked on about a minute after we lost power one night. That is definitely not a perk in any of the houses we have ever stayed, and in the Bahamas power goes out often, no matter what island you stay on. The location is right across from the airport, which was very convenient. The house is in the middle of the island, which made for a quick drive to get groceries, restaurants, etc. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Aqua Dreams Spring Break

Aqua dreams was beautiful, had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool are great. It is in a great location close to the airport. When our flight was delayed, Marna was very kind and accommodating, letting us hang there well past our checkout time. Mechelle is the hostess with the mostest! She was always available and right there on the spot for anything we needed. We are very thankful to the owners and Mechelle for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful family vacation

My husband and I brought our 4 kids (ages 10-16) for spring break and his 50th birthday. We had an amazing time. Mechelle the property manager made sure we were taken care of. The home owner also was prompt to reply with any questions we had. The house, pool, and beach were beautiful. The only recommendation we would have is to downsize the “clutter” of the house, less pillows, furniture, small carpets, etc. It made the house seem cramped. Overall would highly recommend staying at this house!

Exuma is Paradise!

Our trip to Exuma and stay at Aqua Dreams was an amazing visit to Paradise. That water color in Exuma is breathtaking. Aqua Dreams is perfectly located just a few minutes from the airport and on a quiet street right on the beach. This house is equipped with everything you could think of and more. By far the best stocked house we have ever rented. Ashley our on site host and her husband are fantastic. Lovely, spacious home in Paradise.

Just a girls get away for my 60th Birthday!. House was nice, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We loved the beautiful beaches and our boat excursion was exceptional. Our Private Chef was phenomanal. All the locals were kind, helpful, and just really pleasant.

Family vacation

This property was exactly as described online. Lots of space to relax and fit our two large families with 9 of us total. Marna always stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect and very close to the beach. The house had so many extras like pool and beach floats, a cooler, hot tub, beach chairs, spices, and much more!! We would definitely recommend this rental!

Worst vacation ever

Location is great, house is in need a many updates and repairs. Guest house inhabitable as it was flooded and smelled horrible. Listing says 2 king bedrooms with twins. Only one bedroom has a twin and king bed is not in good condition. White pleather couches have covers on them because all the white pleather is coming off and the covers do not fit couches and very uncomfortable to sit on. Not a place for small children as living room is very congested. All white floors and all white furniture . Our family vacation was completely ruined as we did not have enough room for everyone and had to make other arrangements last minute and harassed by owner. Master bedroom does not cool properly and you will be charged if you lower the thermostat, we asked for a fan but did little to help. The other rooms AC worked well. But do to water dripping on our heads in Master bed from HVAC and the threat of being charged for lower the thermostat we had to vacate. How upsetting for a family on vacation. How sad its a beautiful location and just needed renovated and updated.

Family Vacation

The Aqua Dreams property is everything it claims, and more really! Myrna is super responsive and answers any question you might have quickly, and you also have Cleo who comes by and shows you around the property and is an excellent on-site representative. Our family didn’t need a thing, but between Myrna and Cleo it would have been taken care of. This provides peace of mind at a home far away from home.

Aqua Dreams is amazing !

While we didn't have the best weather and we couldn't land in Exuma the first day due to storms, our remaining days in Exuma were amazing ! Every time we walked out on the beach we all just said "wow". The house was perfect for us ( 7 adults ) It had everything you could ever dream of needing. We loved the pool, hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, floats, snorkel equipment. We spent all of our time outside, even in the rain. From airport pickup to airport drop off this was such a special vacation for our family. Marna and Ralph were exceptional hosts , going above and beyond to make our stay great. Cleo, the house manager, was in constant contact, arranged airport pick up, catered an authentic Bahamian meal for us (including a homemade birthday cake) that was better than any restaurant we went to. I just can't say enough nice things about Aqua Dreams and Exuma. It was perfect and we will definitely be back !

Beautiful Home, Misleading advertising

The house is beautiful and looks just as pictured, a little smaller than we imagined but still wonderful. The beach is stunning and very quiet. Super close to the airport and about 25/30 minuets from Georgetown but still very well located. We had a group of 10 adults and loved the house. Cleo, the property manager was so kind as well, we all loved her. The power did go out frequently so it was so nice that this house has a generator. Here's where we had issues and why I took away stars. The listing states it sleeps 11 people - it does NOT. When we booked we booked for 9 but told Marna, the owner, there was more than likely going to be 10 of us (one person was still undecided) and she said that was fine. 2 weeks before our arrival she mentioned that their current limit was reduced to 9 and we would have to pay an extra $700 to their property manager to pay for the "extra work and laundry". Once she was reminded that I told her 10 from the beginning she reduced that to $100 extra. To me that's shady business but I wasn't going to argue. I can tell they attempted to reduce it by removing the mattress part of the couches and putting boards under the cushions but honestly that made the couch extremely uncomfortable. Incident number 2: Marna checked in on us the first might we were there which I appreciated and responded and we had a nice exchange. Then on day 4 she checked in again asked how we were and if we were enjoying our stay. Usually this wouldn't bother me but we were out doing our biggest excursion that day so I forgot to message her back that evening. The next day I got a message telling me "It's important you communicate" and rudely remining me I needed to pay the Property Manager an extra $100 for our 10th guest and then made Cleo (property manager) come get the money immediately interrupting our night. Other things I think people should know that did not effect the rating I gave: You have a small view of the water from the porch but it is not a TRUE beachfront home. I've seen the owner attempt to correct people that said this exact statement in other reviews as well. Internet is very spotty and didn't work 90% of the time (FYI to those that like me have to work a little bit even on vacation) but its an island so I get it. All in all we LOVED the house but unfortunately would choose to stay somewhere else until its under new ownership.

Beautiful home, nice location

The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It's professionally decorated and it shows. The AC kept us nice and cool when we needed a break from the heat. The beds were nice and cozy. We all slept very well at night. There were so many little details that made us feel at home. We really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The kids would spend hours in the pool when the waves and wind were too rough because it was calm and shaded. The master bedroom and bath was very spacious and the shower was wonderful, especially after a long day on the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of cooking utensils and a nice layout. We could comfortably sit the 8 of us at the table for meals or around the coffee table for a movie or games. We took the kayak out to explore a little island about 20 min off the beach, which was so fun. Just behind that island was a great place to fish. We caught 30 fish, but only kept a few of the big snappers that we had for dinner. One of the best experiences was taking some squid down to nearby Hooper's Bay to feed to the sea turtles! Three turtles swam with us for more than an hour, it was magical! We cooked burgers and steaks on the grill, which came out great. There were some rain storms during our stay and it knocked the power out 3 times, but the generator kicked on each time and we hardly missed a beat. We were very glad to have excellent internet and cable service. Management was attentive and responsive. We highly recommend!
