Yes, the ocean was visible from our balcony between the two buildings in front, which made all the difference. It was very nice to see the ocean. The unit was extremely clean and just as pictured on the Internet. Extremely easy communication with the owners instant feedback. The pool and hot tub and deck area were spectacular and extremely easy to get to the beach. They also had showers to wash off. We used the ice machine and the washers and dryers look brand new. Very close to the airport never heard any air traffic.

Gem in Mosstown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the carriage house. All the basics we needed were included, central location on the island, beautiful pool and great beach. A great place to stay with kids. Also felt very safe. Would love to return again!

Perfect Place!

This lovely property had a larger resort look and feel as you approach. The facities were very well kept, perfectly clean and well equipped. We enjoyed being so close after the exit road from the airport, as well as centralized on the island. The pool area above the beach is an awesome plus! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Exuma.
