Estava tendo um evento onde os participantes não respeitavam o silêncio nos corredores dos quartos. Altas horas da noite. Muita gritaria e algazarra. Um verdadeiro desrespeito com os outros hóspedes. No café da manhã, repetiu-se a mesma situação. Muito barulho e gritaria. Não voltarei neste hotel.

Péssima experiência.

Hotel em reforma, antes das 7 da manhã um barulho infernal de obras. Após o almoço também não se consegue descansar nem trabalhar no quarto pq antes do horário comercial ( 14 Hs) já começa o barulho de furadeira e martelete quebrando paredes. Chuveiro sem água quente, televisor que não desligava. Reclamei várias vezes em 2 dias seguidos e ninguém foi observar o problema. Não recomendo a ninguém! Sempre vou a Mossoró a trabalho e foi a primeira ( e última) vez que me hospedei nesse hotel.

Hotel grande, mas com alguns problemas.

O hotel tem um misto de coisas boas e interessantes, como o seu tamanho gigantesco, mas com muitas áreas em reformas e por ser muito espaçoso, apresenta um ar de abandonado em algumas partes. Os móveis do quarto bem antigos e o frigobar muito barulhento, mas a cama bem confortável e grande. A parte da piscina bem interessante, mas mal aproveitada, deveria ter um bar funcional próximo.
