This was our best hotel in Bosnia. The staff especially Ms Sanala at reception were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location was great and convenient. We had a great time moving around thanks to hotel location and staff advice.

This was a small hotel conveniently located near the old town attractions, and the parking was convenient and the breakfast was okay. Our room with two double beds was near the front desk in the lobby. However, in the afternoon several hotel staff members were loudly chatting and laughing in the lobby and really disturbed our rest. So we had to request the hotel to relocate us to a different room.

Stayed for one night. Location is fantastic with the added extra of having car parking available. Staff very helpful and rooms clean with effective air conditioning. We did find the beds not the most comfortable, but that is only our opinion

Staff are super friendly. We kindly asked if we could have a takeaway breakfast since we check out at 7:00 am (before the breakfast starts) and they didn’t hesitate to help. They prepared a breakfast bag for us and it was super helpful as we had a 5-hour bus journey after that. Also; location is very convenient. I would stay there again!

Room was solid, staff was exceptional, breakfast was good. It was a little hard to get to the hotel by car and squeeze thru the parked cars to get to the hotel parking. Otherwise location is fantastic in the Old Town, short walk to the Old Bridge.

The hotel is clean and well located, and the staff are friendly, but the hotel itself is extremely basic. It is definitely not a four-star hotel. The facilities are mediocre, and the rooms are very small. The bathrooms are cramped and uncomfortable, and the hotel does not live up to its advertised description. Although parking is advertised, it consists of street parking that is difficult to access. If you’re unlucky, you may have nowhere to park your car. I would not recommend staying here unless the price were significantly lower. It certainly does not meet four-star standards.

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. Our room was practical and clean and right in the area we needed to be. We had a hire car so it was very convenient to park - although a little hard to find, you need to drive through a pedestrian area & then go right to the end of the rd where you’ll find the hotel. We booked a massage & it was wonderful, we would highly recommend. The pool is more like a big hot tub & a bit dark in my opinion. Breakfast was simple but fresh. The main thing to note that doesn’t show on Hotels.com is that no alcohol at all is permitted in the hotel not even in your room, this isn’t massive but on my holiday I like a glass of wine!

Nice spot in the middle of Mostar

Really friendly hotel, super close to the old town, but tucked away in a quiet spot. The room was exactly what was needed and I am very contented for the price.

One night stay. Perfect!

We stayed here one night. The sauna and pool were fun to have and nice. We utilized both. Room was spacious and well equipped. Location was great and parking was good. Breakfast was really good and employees were very nice! Would def stay here again.

Room looked recently renovated everything was fresh and clean, great nights sleep each night, stunning views of the river a two minute walk from reception and very close to the old bridge. The lady at reception couldn’t do any more me throughout my stay!
