「From the moment we walked in, we felt the charm of this place. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helped us throughout our stay, which made a lovely first impression. The room looked exactly like the photos, and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was just as expected, with a great variety of fresh cold cuts, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and fresh pastries. There was something for everyone, and everything looked fresh. 「Viele laute Kindergruppen, mehr eine Jugendherberge als ein Hotel.」

「The hotel environment is beautiful and the facilities are comprehensive. With so many kids' facilities, it’s perfect for families. The room size is just right—clean and tidy. The morning coffee was excellent. I was especially impressed by Katrina at the restaurant; her top-notch service and attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel!」
