"Where do i start, the way to the rooms is scary to say the least, cigarette buds everywhere, trash, someone used the room before you go up the stairs as a toilet, the post boxes are broken open. I should have looked for a new place straight away but since we were only going to sleep there and didn‘t want to go through the hastle of finding a new spot we stayed. Room was decent. Super questionable people inside the apartment as well. Plus not being able to help after your very confusing system...

"Absolutely loved our stay at The Social Hub! The location is fantastic and made getting around so convenient. Breakfast had a really good spread with plenty of options, and the staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, welcoming, and full of energy! What we loved most was the overall vibe of the place. There are so many fun and inviting spaces to hang out, relax, work, or enjoy the different entertainment options. The whole property has such a lively, youthful energy that makes it feel like much more than just a hotel. Overall, a wonderful and very comfortable stay with great vibes, amazing staff, and a fantastic atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Mooons is a great hotel near the Main Station in Vienna (3 minute walk) which was very convenient us as we did not rent a car. The hotel is unique with a moon theme throughout. Our room was a Standard room with a Garden View. We were on the 6th floor and the view was great. Others in our party stayed on the 2nd floor and their view wasn't as great. The bed was very comfortable! The shower was wonderful! We loved having air conditioning and a mini fridge. The huge round window with a cushion to sit/relax on was very unique. The only suggestion we have for the room is to either get rid of the carpet or shampoo it more frequently as ours was fairly stained. A great perk was free drinks in the bar in exchange for forgoing housekeeping services! The bar served a variety of drinks and had a small selection of hot food items available. This hotel has a rooftop bar that is open to the public and was quite popular during our stay. We went up to see the view (beautiful!) but there was no seating available. Everyone at the rooftop bar were quite dressed up, so consider that if you plan to hang out there. In addition to the Main Station, Mooons is near grocery stores and restaurants. We used public transportation to travel to other parts of Vienna including Old Town."

"The air conditioning was great and you can control it in your room. No fridge but we knew that ahead of time from the description. Europe hotels don't offer ice but you can ask for a cup of ice at the front counter. Great location just a short walk to the train station. Grocery stores not far away. If you travel on Sunday, not many restaurants and stores open on Sunday."
