"Amazing value that includes top notch, and private, hot springs baths, and a delicious healthy japanese breakfast. The location is not the most convenient and be very careful going in and out of the parking area, it is a blind exit and cars are driving by quickly."

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, taking the effort to translate and going the extra mile to support my family during our stay. The amenities were very clean and well-cared for. It was enjoyable to walk around the property and enjoy the cool weather in early summer. "

"ホテルは、昭和のホテル。 シャワーは、温度調整が困難で、温かい方のハンドルを全開にしても、中々温水が出てこない。 コンタクトレンズの消毒液の中和剤が、清掃時に捨てられた。同じものを買って、領収書にて精算して貰いました。"

"朝食は種類が多くてよかったと思います。 施設に関してですが、私の宿泊した部屋は、シャワーの温度調節が難しく、使い物になりませんでした。 蛇口から温度調節してシャワーに切り替えると、水量が変わるため、温度が冷たくなります。 トイレの流す水の勢いがありすぎて、跳ね返りの水がおしり、もしくは床に飛び出ます。"
