"Excellent boutique hotel. It was beautiful inside and very intimate. The little cafe was cozy and had snacks all day long plus coffee and tea. There is a private onsen and little garden. "The pictures were a lot nicer than the hotel. When we got there, it seemed like a barely average hotel. Out AC did not really work, just the fan, couldnt adjust it. The room smelled like old motel carpet and when we asked for sheets to cover up the foldable chair, the first night, they said no, they were able to give that. The second night, we were able to get another set of sheets but it just wasn't a pleasant stay and we wouldn't go back. The pictures make the place look amazing for the price..."
