Staff, in particular, Rebecca (manager) and Espoir, have been amazing with service and recommendations for dining and travel. Our two week stay with family, including a 7 month old baby, has been seamless. A bassinet and high chair were in the room upon arrival. After a long flight from Canada we could all nap! Nice, Cannes, Eze all within an hour radius. Great food everywhere. We had forgotten how fresh veg and fruit tasted - so delicious.

Very nice place and staff

We arrived lat about 11pm. The reception lady was great and was expecting us. Rooms were newly decorated and clean. Bed very comfortable and kitchen very good for cooking in. The hotel is very well situated for travelling to other towns. Ice gym as well. We would stay there again if we come back. The premises is having many upgrades.

First of all - understand that it's a $25-$35 Uber EACH way from the main train station. It's UP in a smaller town in the hills. (where EVERYTHING closes early.) Upon arrival we got ATTITUDE from the reception. Asked about the pool & told it was closed at 8PM... so we missed it by a few minutes...(However it's Still DAYLIGHT until about 930PM in July) Who closes a pool in DAYLIGHT??? and it's not that there is a lifeguard to pay... ALSO - this is supposed to be a RESORT??? no restaurant AND if you want breakfast - it ALSO must be ordered by 8PM (however it's still DAYLIGHT AT 8pm - and we missed ordering croissants - by a few minutes too... So they tell us to walk into town (where everything is closed)... The Room #101: The front door has at least HALF the pain peeling off, the toilet seat is broken, the shower is moldy, NO soap in the shower soap dispensor - not even an empty one... (I wish I could post pictures) The room was reserved for 3-guests. There was a double bed and a fold-out couch. Bed was OK and my kids slept on that and I slept on the fold-out couch with NO sheets/blanket or pillows the first night... The next morning they said it was MY fault for not checking the THIRD closet for sheets... This is supposed to be a RESORT HOTEL - NOT FEND FOR YOURSELF SUMMERCAMP!!!

Appt glacial, clim reversible bloquee a 23 maxi, donc tres long a refaire chauffer... et 2e probleme : studio a lit escamotable, lourd... La clim donne en plein dessus ! Probleme avec egalement la porte du portail en bas d ela residence : les badges ne permettent pas actuellement de 'ouvrir, il faut sonner et attendre, attendre... sinon, la residence est en travaux mais bien agencée. Vaisselle de qualité, equipement ok. wifi OK et personnel aussi.
