“Everyone in our group of 8 (4 kids and 4 adults) loved the decor and style of the home. The home was exactly as shown in the pics & it was clean. Unfortunately we were only able to enjoy the home for a few hours in the evening due to last-minute travel plan changes; would have loved to stay overnight and wake up to experience the sights/neighborhood in the morning.”

“The cabin is better than the pics and it’s in a cute cozy community, minutes from hiking/skiing/lakeside/town. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the house systems are easy to use (check-in, heating, washer/dryer, dish washer). Communicative and generous hosts made everything welcoming and easy.”

“We were happy to stay for two nights and were vet comfortable as a family of three with a dog. The living area is very roomy with plenty of seating. The queen bed was super comfortable with memory foam. We were going to use the super cute loft for our son, but it was too hot in the heat wave, so he slept on the couch as it was way too hot upstairs. You have to be comfortable or with wobbly ladders to access the loft. The bathroom was very clean and had good pressure and hot water. The kitchen……

“The house is great! Clean, comfortable and charming. Very close to everything in town. Only disappointing thing is that no access offered to Incline Beaches. I know this is a trend and I am aware of the reasons why, but something should be reconsidered. The Incline beaches are a main summer attraction and it’s disappointing not to be able go. I would encourage property owners to work something out with IVGID for there rental guest.”

“Great house to stay at with my wife and other couples. Amazing view and location. We really enjoyed the deck and the hot tub. i have been coming to incline village for almost 15 years and this is by far one of my favorite places I have stayed. I would definitely love to stay here again!”

We celebrated a friend's birthday here for a weekend, and even though we got snowed in, the amenities and the property itself were cozy enough to keep us occupied the entire weekend. “We went for a quick getaway with our dogs so they could see snow. We will absolutely be booking this cabin for any of our Tahoe trips. We’re already talking about coming back (without the dogs) to stay again and inviting family from Las Vegas. Can’t recommend this cabin enough, perfect size, beautiful, peaceful, the lake is right there, hiking spots are close by. We’re going to be repeat customers for sure!”

“This is a beautiful home in an absolutely wonderful location on the Northshore of Lake Tahoe. It was perfect for our family of 8. The upstairs master bedroom is lovely. The beds are very comfortable and I love the linens. The kitchen is stocked with more than you ever thought you needed, dishes included. It surpasses the site's pictures. My only complaint is that the house should have had a walkthrough by the management team before our arrival: we found chirping smoke alarms, burnt out lights……

“Love love love the view and deck, doesn't get better than this, right on the water with a beach & dock in front of you! Very convenient location too! We enjoyed the sauna at night looking out at the stars over the water, even in the summer. While the house/cottage is decent it is just in need of a really really good cleaning!! Bedspreads were dirty, throw pillows in living room are disgusting, cabinets and quite a few dishes/pans/silverware were dirty, BBQ grill is corroded thru needs replacing.……

“The cabin was great! Rustic but comfortable and nice quiet area where we could walk our pups without traffic. A few things need fixing (kitchen cabinet door broken, toilet paper holder broken), otherwise, a great location, close to everything! We would return there again. ”
