"This was a stop on our travels. The initial room we were assigned had a broken bed. Clearly obvious that it was broken so disappointed they would even rent it out. The girl on the front desk was fantastic and gave us a new room. This room was better. The toilet was a problem when flushing but didn’t didn’t bother us. We did make front desk aware so they could fix it for the next traveller hopefully. "

"Booked thru the Expedia site using debit MasterCard because I don't have a credit card. Upon checking in I was told that a credit card was MANDATORY for checking in. The manager did not have a way to bypass it(or she wouldn't) so I have to go back and get a card from my mother in law just to check in. It was not clearly mentioned during the process of reserving the room on Expedia site. It caused a headache and almost $80 in cab fare to get the cc. If it's required, it needs to be mentioned...
