「On arrival house was dirty,beds not made, bins over flowing with rubbish, hot water scouldering hot ,no face washers.couch very dirty ,Worst house i have ever stayed in ,for the money i paid was a rip off ,bedside lamp big stain on it , shower was dirty, washing in dryer & washing machine ,no coffee,tea,sugar ,long life milk,ILucky i bought a sleeping bag to sleep in as very sensative to bed bugs,No pots to cook with cleaner came dropped some off,and done very quick clean.I should be refunded...

「I didn't realise we were staying in a brand new little townhouse!
It was great.
Only negatives: 1. Wifi was really weak. 2. The dishwasher didn't work. We called the 24hr hotline (there'sno receptio), a bit after lunch on a Monday, they couldn't send someone to inspect until the next day. So, the 24hr service is for taking messages, not for repairing faults.」

「Beautiful house, which was large and very comfortable. Wonderful little touches like breakfast cereal, milk and juice for the first morning. Lovely coffee machine with beans as well. View was lovely to just sit and watch for hours and so quiet. Perfect location for a break.」
