"We had a great time staying in Currawong Cottage. Lovely surroundings, very close to Selwyn Snow Fields and even my children enjoyed the local dog "Max" playing ball with them. Happy to stay again but a small suggestion that the bedrooms may need some heaters to warm the rooms as the heat from the fire place just didn't reach and were very cold at night."

"While the accommodation itself was lovely once we finally got in, the experience leading up to that was absolutely unacceptable and downright dangerous.We never received the door code, even though our correct contact number was clearly listed on Stayz. The property managers claimed they had the wrong number on file but refused to take any responsibility for the error. There was no apology, no refund, and no attempt to make things right.We were left stranded outside in 0-degree temperatures with a young family and no alternative accommodation. I called the emergency number over 40 times, left countless voicemails and text messages, and received no response—not that night, not even the next morning. I had to chase them down myself, which is appalling.This wasn’t just poor service—it was irresponsible, unsafe, and dangerous. Leaving people in freezing conditions without shelter is completely inexcusable. No family should ever be treated this way."

"The cottage is lovely and it is located in a beautiful quiet spot at Anglers Reach. When we arrived it had been snowing which was very exciting and we enjoyed walking down to check out the lake. There were lots of birds, kangaroos and wombats and it was a nice scenic drive to the snow. Jenni and Pete are very friendly and easy to communicate with which made organising our stay stress free."

"We had the best of times away with our little kids. Kids had an amazing time riding bikes around the farm, walking around the property to look at animals and running around in the dirt! We enjoyed the big space in the farm house, kids had so much fun playing together. Very peaceful location. The owner was really kind. We are definitely going back soon!"
