"Overall, hotel rooms need to be refurbished. Also F&B outlets close too early. Only one buffet restaurant opens, but since hotel takes tour groups, the restaurant is full. There are very few restaurants in the neighbourhood, and they close early too. Me and my husband were left empty stomach that ..."

"As my wife injured her knee two days before arriving the Punga Grove, I asked the receptionist whether it was possible to re-assign a ground floor room for us. it was a negative reply at first. However, I believed the manager intervened and arranged a ground floor room for our two nights stay."
