"The first unit we checked into had both adult and baby roaches present. To the resort’s credit, they moved us promptly once we reported the issue, but the timing made the situation especially inconvenient since it was around 10 PM and we had just started settling in after returning late from a wedding event. We were in town for a wedding and spent most of our stay attending offsite wedding events, so we did not really have the opportunity to fully explore or enjoy the resort amenities during our visit. While the staff responded quickly, the experience impacted the rest of my stay. I spent much of the trip feeling uncomfortable, constantly checking for bugs, and worrying about bringing them home with us. The resort offered four park passes as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after the experience, we did not feel particularly eager to return, so the resolution did not fully address the impact the situation had on our stay. We do have a year to use the passes, so perhaps with time we may reconsider. In fairness, our group had three different units spread across the resort and no one else reported similar issues, so this may have been an isolated incident. However, it still significantly affected my ability to relax and enjoy the stay."

"We have stayed in this hotel before but this room was worse than the others. The bathroom needs repainting and it had mold spots on the walls. Just wasn't as well maintained as the others. Breakfast is your typical hotel "free" breakfast. Nothing special. Staff is always friendly. "

"The breakfast was very disappointing. We've stayed at Hyatt Place's prior, and the breakfast was fine (and included with the stay). Breakfast was an add on charge for this hotel, so we were expecting something premium, and received less than we had from the other stays . Unseasoned potatoes, bland French toast sticks among others, make this a terrible added on charge. Also no one is checking to see if you have paid for breakfast, so you just feel ripped off."
