We loved our stay at the Summer Paradise Cabin! The location worked out very well, the check in was as easy as could be, and communication with the property owner was excellent. This place has lots of charm and fit our needs perfectly. We definitely enjoyed hiking on the Quiet Side, and the stars are phenomenal out here! If you go, I highly recommend the wild blueberry pie from Mount Desserts. Life-changing!

Acadia get away

Great location to Acadia and bar harbor. Great time hiking and a scenic sunset boat ride. Long pond looked great for kayaking but ran out of time! House was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Three season screened porch was wonderful! Would definitely recommend! Host was super responsive and check in/out was very easy.

Cabin in the woods near Acadia

Our family stayed four nights in this cabin and it was wonderful. The location is beautiful, and is a short walk from the swimming area, kayak rental, and boat pull-out area of great long pond. The great room is very comfortable and the screened-in deck is a relaxing place to enjoy the sounds of the forest. The place was easy to find and private, and the beds are comfortable. It had everything our family needed as a home base for our vacation to Acadia and Bar Harbor. The biggest drawback is that there's only one bathroom, but it wasn't a big deal for 4 people. Also the loft bedroom area does get exposed to light from below. Both of these are minor and as one might expect. In general, the pleasant, spacious layout and excellent location really enhanced our family trip. We'll be looking for this place again next time we go to Acadia.
