“The property is very peaceful and relaxing. The bungalow is farm rustic, clean and comfy. The open outdoor kitchen is very well stocked and it is a lovely place to sit at night and have dinner or early breakfast with the birds. The fresh eggs were also very appreciated! “We had the most amazing time at the Clarendon Forest Retreat. We stayed in the Sanctuary house. The peace and quiet, sitting looking over the hills in the afternoon, and relaxing in the hot tub was so what we needed. Also, one of the highlights was when we were in the local corner shop, we were sharing with the lady at the cash register that we were staying at the Clarendon Forest Retreat and the gentleman behind us was the builder of the house! The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly relaxing. Close enough to Gloucester’s attractions but tucked away enough to truly unplug. The hosts were kind and attentive.
