"This room was very clean, large, comfortable, and I had one of the best views I have had in all of my travels in Japan. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I didn't take advantage of breakfast or the parking so I can't speak to those. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back to Nagasaki and this hotel on my next trip. Thank you to the staff for all of your hard work. "

"Absolutely fabulous! The room was spotless, pleasant, and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, which makes the entire city easily accessible. Many of the city's historical, cultural and food destinations are within walking distance, and others are a short ride away by the trams or buses. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with many great Japanese and Western options. But what made this stay special is the staff - welcoming, helpful and caring. A delightful experience."
