「This is a lovely apartment in downtown Ephrata. The space is excellent in size for two and the apartment cozy. Ephrata is a quiet town but it’s nice to be right downtown and able to walk to anything. Also a short drive to points of interest in Lancaster. Would recommend.」

More towels and washcloths for the bathroom for 2 people for 3 nights would have been nice, as only 2 bath towels were provided. Providing bar soap for the shower would have been nice, as only 1 small body wash was provided. 」

「Val has got to be the best host we’ve ever encountered on VRBO. She was very communicative, had many many suggestions for things to do in the area and kept in touch with us the entire time. The place was beautiful. Very nice decor and extremely clean, which is important to me. All instructions were very clear as to entrance and exit. 「We used the space to host out of town guests for the holidays. The space had plenty of space for everyone to get together to hang out and was nicely decorated for the holidays. The hosts had space very thoughtfully setup and provided lots of extras to make it very welcoming.」
