"Very Dirty entrance, there’s no staff this is not a hotel it’s a boarding house. Could not even spend one night heard noises in the middle of the night.had to leave to an actual hotel Round house and pay more money. Not safe for a woman alone! I was traveling by my self.A fool refund is appropriate. Tried to call the owner multiple times no response… I don’t recommend this place."

"The staff were wonderful, helpful, and amazing. This property appears to be a work in progress with great efforts made to rehab it from a prior state. It was cleaner than I expected and quieter than I expected even though it was full to capacity. Shout out to Michael at the desk for service above and beyond."

"This hotel should not be open. The rooms are the best part. Pretty clean. The lobby and the hallways are old and dirty. Bathroom has mold everywhere from the walls to the ceiling. Don’t go there."

"Telephone, desk lamp and chair were filthy; items were cleaned the next day. Also, stuffed chair and ottoman were stained. Only one was cloth and hand towel in the bathroom; this was also corrected the next day. I was disappointed by the room but was very satisfied by the response to my complaints by the staff."

"I get to the hotel and no one is at the desk. They left a note to call Michele. She states the hotel was understaffed. She gave me my room code by phone. Later the rep at the desk showed up and gave me my key card to the room. The room was smelling like cigarettes. I wouldn’t pick this hotel again."

"Suite room was very clean, comfortable and large spacious area with sofa and even a working desk. Kitchen is a plus and stocked with major utensils that can be used when needed. Breakfast offers variety of food choices. Check in and check out is lightning fast. Very well recommended hotel. We would definitely stay here again. "
