I arrived in the middle of a biker event, and I was told the music and parking lot noise should end between 2-3am in the morning. When I arrived in my room, the room was tired and everything in the bathroom old and chipped. The bedding was a top, an old quilted pad, and another sheet on top of the quilted pad, meaning I was not sleeping between two clean sheets. Also, the area between the two matresses was not clean. There was no way I would sleep there. The man at the front desk initially said he could not refund my money, but eventually he said I would get a full refund. I was in the room for 10 minutes. I hope I do get a full refund.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!! This property was absolutely GROSS. There were short hairs in the shower, the sheets were stained, and there was one luggage cart that was circa 1901. The area around the hotel is VERY sketchy. The parking lot was covered with trash and clearly had not been cleaned/swept in, who knows how long. The clerk was unfriendly to the point of rudeness.

Smelled horrible of smoke, bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months with dirty splashes over door, window and counters. Only a sheet on the bed, had to ask for linens at the desk. Staff very friendly but hotel was not clean

Everything inside the doors of the hotel was filthy. The elevator’s walls and floor were dirty. The floor in the room had stains and dirt on it. It didn’t look like it had been mopped in a very long time. The room had a terrible odor. There was a chunk missing from the toilet seat and the bathroom light was not working. My sneakers were actually sticking to the bathroom floor. It appeared as though the hotel is taking in homeless people. I was staying alone and did not feel safe. The front desk clerk clearly could not care less about my feelings about the condition of the room.

The lady at front desk was very professional and welcoming. The room was filthy (e.g. hair on the bathroom floor, smeared mirror; dirty tub, towels, washcloths, and boxspring cover). Even the bathroom door was dirty. The alarm clock was broken and there was a hole in the wall and in the ceiling. Two of the three lamps in the room didn't work. With all that, I was surprised that the bedding seemed to be clean when I pulled the covers back. I checked out the same day and went to a better hotel. When I went down to the front desk to tell the lady I was checking out early, she just said, "okay." No questions asked and I didn't give a reason, either. I think she knew. It's not her fault, though. This place is disgusting. Your customers deserve better Comfort Inn.

I checked in and checked out immediately. I did not stay due to the conditions of the room I was assigned. The tub had a ring around it. The bed attire had stains. The mirrors were disgusting. I wasn’t even in the room a full 10 minutes before I left. I was told I should be receiving a refund from Expedia since I use a third party

Check in person was nice and cheerful,rest of stay terrible. Room dusty,dirty,run down, refrigerator front rusted out,prints all over microwave,mirrors ect. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Did not want to touch anything,very rundown,over worn and falling off the walls. Then looking forward to breakfast and only thing they had was bagels. Would never stay at this chain again, use to be our go to.

The attendant was nice but the rooms was horrible. I had to switch three rooms before I checked out and canceled the reservation. The tub was peeling if you lift up the bath mat it was slimy and peeling paint. The bed had stains on it the floors was dirty. This was in every room that they switched me too.

Very very dirty. Run away from this place! I was very disappointed and the stuff doesn’t help. They don’t care of any of your needs as a customer. Tubs clogged, exhaustion fan not working, dirty sheets, not to mention the dirtiness all around it….. nasty….. looks like there are people living in the second floor of the building. Looks like it was never clean. We had to ask to change rooms and the other room they gave us was not good either. We asked for our money back and they wouldn’t give it back.

We booked a king room, and upon arrival were given a room with two beds. There were stains all over the beds, and a black substance all over the floors. We left immediately and didn’t even stay the night. Horrible experience.

I was in a room with an adjoining door and the couple next to us decided to scream, yell, throw things against the wall, slam the door and do this all night and have a baby screaming all night. The front desk had to come up and tell them to stop and the door was slammed on him. Me and my two kids got no sleep that night. Overall, it’s a very nice stay except this one night.

Its winter time...they gave us "summer time sheets" in winter! Was NOT clean at all. And when they did finally give us a blanket...it had dried blood on it..and when my boyfriend went to ask for another one...they said they all had rips in them. And they gave us two sheets!! Pretty pathetic. I did take pictures. Its the middle of winter still... and they think im bringing my own blanket....we left that same night! It was HORRIBLE !

The microwave didnt work, but the girl at the front desk let me use the microwave in the breakfast area. We spilled water on the floor by the bed. When i cleaned it up the paper towel waa black from dirt.

The young lady that checked us in was Amazing!!! But the bathrooms were not so nice. Had to get bleach and clean up before myself and my family were able to get comfortable. Also it was a lot of noisy children having a party and a woman wondering around and knocking on the wrong doors.
