「This small space is well laid out and thoughtfully equiped. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There's a throw blanket for cozy relaxing on the little couch, and a breakfast tray which worked well as a lap desk also. I enjoyed the privacy of the little outdoor patio space. 「The property gave us the perfect amount of space for our small family. We really just needed a place to land our heads and change our clothes. 「Our family and two dogs stayed at the cottage. The hosts were responsive, and Cara gave us a great tour of the ranch and all the animals. The location very convenient to Portland, grocery store, and shopping. I loved that there was a fenced backyard our dogs could have a little bit of outside time. The kitchen did not have as many condiments as I am used to having stayed at other VRBOs. It was not a big deal for me, but guests should be aware. Otherwise, everything else was available. 」

「Twelve family members stayed here for my daughter’s graduation weekend. Arrived to a clean house with enough beds, towels, face cloths, etc. check in was a snap and check out was easy peasy. All communication was top notch. Most grateful for our stay and would recommend to others! Places to walk to including an amazing dessert place, mart, and coffee. 」

「Overall, the property and process were great. The property is a basement that's got everything you need, plus, it's cute and cozy. The yard is amazing and you get to say hi to the cats as you go in and out. The bed is super comfy too. The property is in a fabulous location with easy access to coffee, food, and more and it's just blocks from the Alberta Arts District. Finally, the check-in and communication with the hosts were clear, timely, and responsive. 」

「Check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward. Rosie, the host, was very attentive, accommodating, and friendly. She gave us great recommendations for our stay, including beautiful nearby sights. I appreciated the easy access to expressways and the cozy, homey feel of the place. It includes dedicated parking, a small but functional kitchen, a full bathroom, a comfortable bed, a couch, and a TV. I highly recommend staying at Rosie’s place.」
