The bed was nothing but springs. My daughter and I both woke up with our bodies sore. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay up by the shower head so the bathroom floor was flooded when I got out. I used all the towels to dry that up and asked the blonde lady at the front desk if we could have towels. She said she would have them bring me some… my daughter and I were out all day came back to the same wet towels. Was suppose to stay all weekend but left Saturday evening once we got back.

The breakfast menu was fresh. Complaints would be that the sheets were stained and the shampoo and conditioner made my hair very oily and also the shower curtain didn't shut all of the way so water would leak out onto the floor.

Checked in the first room had lighting issue and was moved to second room had plumbing issue where we were asked to wait on maintenance person to show up, assess and repair after driving for hours and hours. The hotel staff refused to move us to a third room so we requested a refun and left.

Honestly, I couldn't do better for the price. The room was clean, and that was all I needed. I think the pool was out of service while I was there but that didn’t affect my experience at all. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in recommending places to eat.

The Econo Lodge in Beckley was lovely, we were late arriving but were met by a friendly staff member who was very helpful. The rooms were spotless, very clean bathrooms and beds, pillows fresh and comfortable. The next morning we had a quick free breakfast to get us going. There was a good variety and the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you.

It's an older facility but it was reasonably clean. I didn't find any evidence of bugs. The carpet is really ugly lol The breakfast was reasonable although kids tend to make a mess in the poor girl had to keep up with breakfast and run the front desk at the same time. She did the best she could!

we drove 5 1/2 hours to see granddaughter. Got hotel mainly for swimming pool. Granddaughters wanted to swim. Got to hotel and there was a sign pool closed. Really upset. They said they could refund money and we could go somewhere else. We were already tired and just wanted to relax. So didn't get to spend to much time with her. There was no clock or bible in room. Really upset, will not stay there again.

The room was dirty and the sheets had hair all over them. I went to the front desk to get a new pair of sheets, and the pillow cases and top sheet that they gave me also had hairs on them. The bathroom was gross. I would stay here in an emergency weather situation again, but only if it was my only option. I do not recommend unless you absolutely have to.
