"Pet friendly room.
"Continental Breakfast" was VERY limited in selection, but it was free, so i guess you get what you pay for. (Gas station and Dunkin Donuts across the street have much of what you probably want.)
We needed a place to sleep on our trip north, and this place met that need."
"This was a great location. The address for google maps is 28 Birch Pt. We loved the charcoal grill and the double bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and strong. We had decent cell service and it was nice to not have a tv or a wifi so we could truly relax. We rented a canoe from Jeramaiah at Ambajejus Outfitters just down the road. We walked there and canoed back which was really convenient. The winds on the lake were strong in mid afternoons but really calm first thing in the morning and in the evenings. Andy was just a text message away if we needed anything. We had a great time. Katahdin is awesome. Only regret is that we didn't see any moose. Next year!"

"We had an incredible stay! The views of the lake and mountains from the cabin were amazing! Great fishing off the shoreline. Perfect location to stay if you plan on exploring Baxter or the rest of what the area has to offer. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Overall an amazing trip... we'd love to return someday!"
Knife Edge Escape - Cozy Lakeside Cottage Getaway with Views of Mt. Katahdin
10/10 Excellent
"Really great, lakefront property that was perfect for a family getaway. It was wonderful to explore the area in the morning and relax and swim and fish in the evening."
"This property is exceptional. The "CAMP" is new and immaculate. We loved the deck, dock, water and swim float. fire pit, huge birch trees, singing frogs, eagle sightings, loon calls, beautiful conifers and huge rocks...and that's just the outside! Inside is roomy and comfortable with perfect seating to take in the view of Mt.Katadhin from the front windows! SPECTACULAR!!! The kitchen was stocked with quality utensils and appliances. The beds were very comfortable! And the shower heads were heavenly! What can I say? MY FAMILY LOVED THIS PLACE!! (ps not too far from Acadia, Bar Harbor and very close to Baxter State Park)"
