"Security is at an all-time low at this location. The peephole looks good from the outside of the door. However, there is only one entrance lock, no secondary lock, room is located outside without safety of being enclosed in main building, room has an offending odor. I immediately canceled reservation after only being in room for 3 minutes - clerk understood my complaints, but did not offer substitute solution. A disappointing example of Wyndham hotels. "The room wasn’t particularly fresh smelling and had a flimsy bed frame with only a matress—no box spring. The towels had hair woven throughout the threads."

"We had a great experience at Drury Inn Charlotte. The amenities are amazing, especially the complimentary Kickback food and drinks, which were a huge bonus. The pool was a little cloudy, but it smelled clean and was still perfectly usable. Overall, everything was excellent—from the service to the accommodations. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Upon our arrival the room was hot and the thermostat said to replace batteries. Called the front desk and someone immediately came up, but obviously didn’t replace them with new batteries because they were dead again the next morning so we just went and bought our own. Bathroom door barely shut and vent fan did not work. They also placed 3 different holds on my card and could not give me an explanation as to why my hold was in 3 different charges and was double the amount that other guests we knew were charged."

"Check in was absolutely ridiculous the card machine did not work the elevators did not work the a/c on the third floor in the hallway was also broken not to mention it was 95 degrees overall I will not recommend this place to anyone the staff was not helpful at all floors were dirty and old this place needs help"
