“Mold, peeling walls, torn up floors, toilet would not flush, light switch when you first walk in didn’t turn any lights on, light in vanity area would not turn on. Vents were rusted and hanging off, smoke detector was just open wires hanging, door would not close completely and the lock was henge was broken. Linens on bed were dirty. ”

“First off the non-refundable reservation disappeared. I had to try to find a phone number to get it straightened out. However the front desk people were extremely helpful and got it straightened out.
Second, the air conditioner was in the bathroom area and did not work well. The sheets though clean were scatchy, there was no water pressure the shower unless you turned it full hot, the "breakfast" was granola bars and apples, there was light showing between the door and outside, the door frame……

“TV was easy to operate. The heavy rain caused the parking lot to be very muddy. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the property allowing our small dog to stay. There was very low water pressure in the sink and shower.”

“Clean and all we needed to stay while fishing Lake Fork for 3 days. I like that parking is boat friendly and marked off for each room and electric outlet for each room. I love that they have a awesome tackle store right next door.”
