“The checking in was frustrating we arrive at one o’clock now one in office so came back at 2 o’clock now one there so phoned told she won’t be far. Half an hour later 4 customer waiting the lady finally arrived. Not a good look. There was 2 of us stay for 3 nights. Only one lot of toiletries in the bathroom and on the second day asked for more toilet paper. Sorry you have to pay for more. “The floor creeks and noise was mental. Couldnt sleep till people above us stopped walking around. Parts of the floor sounded like it was about to cave in. The cleaners miss alot and dont move furniture to clean or go above where they cant reach obviously as alot of bugs stuck on walls up in corners, heaps of dust and bugs on the oven rangehood and top of fridge. Rubbish left under furniture. Its a lovely place so should be kept to its best standards that it holds. Playground on the grounds……
