This was a nice property. they had limited desk hours, you could check in online ahead of time and they will make sure your key is available. Great location to the ferry for day trip activities.

Room was on the small size but clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and bed was comfortable. Only disappointment was breakfast time was different than what is listed both here and on their website. We had to leave before breakfast started which made the value a little less. I would go in the future though.

I was under the impression I had gotten the king size deluxe suite and it most certainly was not deluxe or a suite. Very small room, minimal options for breakfast. However staff was nice and it was clean

Reserved the forage oceanfront room with a water view. Was given the San Juan room facing the parking lot. Front desk was NOT helpful in fixing this, then outright lied to Expedia about what room I was given. Hair all over the shower stall, tv was not working. Coffee is not ready in am until after I checked out.

If you need help,
There’s no hotel staff present at the front desk after 7pm-9:00am. Hotel Website says breakfast between 7am- 9am, no staff were available and the breakfast area was completely closed at 8am, we had to make a McDonald’s run and staff arrived at 9am.

It was a very nice place to stay. Very comfortable beds, clean and the food was great. Normal complimentary options. Hot tub was a nice break. Parking was easy and ask for a water view !
