“This was an absolute perfect place Joe our small intimate wedding. We had intermediate family and our best friends gather here to celebrate our special day. Unfortunately our mom received a terminal cancer diagnosis and we had to change venues last minute. I messaged the owners and they were so friendly and kind. They responded fast and agreed to let us stay. They also told us if we needed anything, to not hesitate to ask. I just appreciate their kindness so much! It meant the world to be able……

“First and for most the cleaning fee was 100% reasonable, and then the host didn’t expect me to clean the house before leaving. This. Is.Huge! And made check out so simple!!!! They had lots of the necessities that you often have to buy such as dishwashing soap, even laundry detergent, lots of TP etc…so no need to make a trip to the store for that such an extra bonus! Host was so communicative and great help! Super Clean house as well! Only two negatives were there was no iron and this is a……

“Absolutely beautiful view. Close enough to Somerset to get out of the house if you want to. The internet is slow, so be prepared to bring your own Roku/Fire Stick, but that is only a minor inconvenience with everything else there.”

“Our stay at this property was wonderful. We wanted to get our family of 12 together in one spot to enjoy each other's company, be surrounded by nature, and relax. This property gave us all three. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating and the house had everything you could need. It was awesome to have the lake so close to take a swim. We also enjoyed the cheese maker close by and the farmers market. Highly recommend this rental!!”

“Being on the back is porch is the best mainly when it’s warm. My 9 month loves it she can run her walker all over the place. We love the Dolly theme!! Very nice for the price. The hosts are amazing they go out of their way to make sure your experience is enjoyable and don’t forget to sign the book in the living room!! “Beautiful town”

“Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk.”

“We stayed at this house for the Somernites car cruise. The house was very clean and everything you need is there. The house is in a quite neighborhood, close to town. There was plenty of parking for a trailer and extra cars. The dogs loved the fenced yard.”
