“Couldn't get into the property. Had to call and text. The screen door was locked. Finally got in.Every trash can in the place had trash in it when we arrived. The floors had been swept centrally but not in the corners. The front door was a joke. Has to be shut and locked to keep it closed. The blind on the door has broken slats so anyone walking on the porch can see in. There is a huge water stain on the ceiling of the second bedroom. The furniture is poor thrift store quality. I DO NOT……

“Cute little place to stay for a nice weekend away.”

“It is a very tidy and clean house; it has a good location. !!”

“This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host.”

“A small converted barn that feels like what it says on the tin. A cozy cabin surrounded by trees. There was a lovely pond on the property and a loft above the kitchen. I loved the trees surrounding the property it offered a lot of privacy. Communication with the owner was fast and effective. The instant check in was great. The only problem was that I wasn't provided with the door code by Expedia, so I had to ask the owner before I could get in. He responded quickly and we had a wonderful time.……

“Beautiful all the way around!”

“We loved this cabin!! Brand new and very nicely decorated! Communication was excellent! Very nice touches inside the cabin. Nice walking around the lake area!! Thank you for everything!”

“Great house and host”

“Lovely property, our only complaint is the couch is very uncomfortable. The host is very responsive to any issues. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back.”

“The home was cozy, well-equipped, and still docorated for Christmas. It made for a cozy environment to unwind, decompress, read, and focus on recharging fir 2026.”

“Our stay was perfect! The house was clean and exactly as described. It was very close to the lake. We did not rent kayaks this time, but would in the future. Thank you, Ginger!”

“cabin great but light switches and remotes confusing.”

“Very cool place to chill and enjoy the benefits of the country side. The house is spacious and the patio is brilliant! The hidden dam in the forest is a hidden gem”

“Very peaceful”

“This place was great for our group of 8. The house was beautiful. The yard was beautiful. The only dings were the busy road out front and the noisy train nearby. Plus the towels were threadbare and had holes in them.”
