“This was a great house to get all the kids and grandkids together for my husbands 70th B'day. We used the media room to show a slideshow of 70 years of memories. This was one of the favorite activities for all. The sound system and large screen really enhanced this experience. There is plenty of room and some really unique gathering places to reconnect with family. The kitchen and dining room area was our main gathering place. Plenty of space and seating to eat, play games and just hang out……

“Let me say first this a large house with plenty of space, but I booked this home because the listing said "entire" home. I was not told until the day before check in that there are seperate rental units in the basement. The basement entrance is in the backyard so people are coming and going through the gate all night. So lets just say it was uncomfortable to say the least knowing 6 other rooms under me were being rented with all the cars out front and trash cans overflowingover and over my 2……

“we enjoyed staying at the Mountain Hideaway house. My grand kids had plenty of room and toys to play and move around. My grand kids liked sleeping in the bunk beds. The house view was gorgeous and we enjoyed drinking coffee looking out the window. The kitchen was well stock and very clean. I would stay at the Mountain Hideaway with my family and grand kids again.”

The location was amazing, scenery top notch, but also close to grocery store and coffee shop! Loved the multiple single mattresses that were available in several closets that we could use to create more flexibility with sleeping arrangements.”
