Do not rent from this property management company. They are terrible to deal with and contacted us nearly every day leading up to the stay and while we were there. I had to upload ID and credit card information to their portal 3 different times. They did not send access to the smart lock before I was supposed to check in so I was stuck waiting. Then, a couple days after check in, someone showed up unannounced wanting to do a move out review (even though we were staying another 5 days). The apartment itself was fine but had some issues. Beds are very old and uncomfortable. AC does not work below 70 degrees. Kitchen is not well equipped with cookware.

If there were a Vacation Rental By Corporation (VRBC) this property would more properly be advertised and rented out through them. If, like me, you want a personal interaction with the person or couple that own the property - this is not it. They have applications for the rental, they require copies of the front and back of your DL and credit card. They require the address of record for the CC match the address on the DL: I had recently moved so I had to get a new DL before I could rent from them! When I got through the byzantine Latch app they use to unlock the parking garage gate, unlock the elevator (different code for every floor), and unlock the door of the apartment what did I find? I found three pages of what I can't/shouldn't do unless I wanted to be charged extra for "non-compliance." There was not one page of recommendations for local activities or restaurants - something I regularly find at other VRBO properties. If you don't mind a corporate experience choose a hotel with free breakfast over this place.

Very nice experience

We enjoyed staying at this location during a visit to stanford for reunion weekend. The building feels brand new, as did the apartment unit. Very nice furnishings and a great view of the foothills from all rooms. It was pretty easy to access the unit once we figured out where to park - the check in info was a little confusing on this point. But otherwise no hassles checking in. The apartment is across the street from a Starbucks, CVS, Ralph's.... Pretty much everything you need, although we had to jay walk across El Camino to them. Only (minor) gripe was that the coffee maker didn't work. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

Upscale modern apartment that's well equipped and exceptionally clean

I believe the apartment complex was built in 2017 and the condition of the apartment and furnishings was outstanding. The building is very secure with gated access to the underground parking and a key fob activated elevator. The design of the apartment and furnishings is modern and sleek and when we arrived everything was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything was in like-new condition. The coffee maker is a Keurig and a few k-cups and some non-dairy creamer were provided. There is a small amount of traffic noise that's probably only an issue for non-city folks. If it's a problem, it's easy to hide by manually setting the HVAC fan to stay on constantly using the Nest thermostat.

Spacious, clean, and convenient

This apartment was perfect for us: we needed a place close enough to Stanford, but a bit more affordable. We needed parking, and good access for someone with mobility issues. And a place to work out :) And good wifi. This place delivered. It's new, huge, and everything works. Beds are comfortable, the gym is sunny and everything is new and nice. The parking is conveniently located under the building, and is very secure. The kitchen could be outfitted a bit more completely: coffee maker, please! Kurig doesn't cut it. And the apartments on the street side are a little noisy, but definitely not to the point that it affected sleep. Ask for a unit facing away from the street, if you have a choice! Check-in was confusing: the detailed instruction email never got to me, so I was using the instructions from the booking email. We waited around for about an hour, planning to meet someone in the lobby at 4:00 pm. There is a lobby with humans, but they manage the apartments and knew absolutely nothing about the VRBO rentals. I finally called the manager for this property and got the updated email with good instructions. She was very responsive, once we both figured out that I didn't have the right email. Make sure you have the explicit description for how to find the lock box before you arrive!

Great unit, Awful communication and customer experience

Apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious. Master bath shower terrific. Heating system terrific. Appliances all work well. Reasonable cost. Good gym. Pool would be great amenity when heaters not out of order. Would stay again. But…. Leasing office Breanne and team essential to solving long list of uncertainties, lack of response to questions, indifferent customer service or worse, multiple contact points and phone numbers none of which helped, last minute surprise need to download app to access building and unit. All of which can be cured with minimal attention to customer experience through customer eyes. And maybe more than 2 handicap parking spaces among 200 spaces.

Russian roulette access

This property relies on Internet access and Bluetooth to access the garage your apartment and the doors. It was ridiculously hard to use and failed twice. We were locked out of our unit for an hour and an hour and a half.

High end accommodations

The apartment was very nicely furnished and appointed with new furniture, appliances, etc. The couch has a pull-out bed. Opening various doors and gates was confusing at first...the plain white fob opens the apartment door and an app on your phone opens other gates and doors on the property. Beautiful grounds for this complex. We enjoyed the hot tub and doing laps in the swimming pool. The rooftop patio is nice but is in a different building and difficult to find. Accessibility for our handicapped son was good, including elevators and a special wheelchair elevator. We were very pleased with the rental and would stay here again.

Good stay

The listing was as described. I was in the area for a procedure at El Camino Hospital. It is a quick, easy drive to the hospital. We appreciated that there was a Whole Foods and the Stanford Shopping Center also nearby. The property is very secure and the whole area was safe. A couple of negatives- there was a little street noise and the kitchen is not adequately stocked to do much cooking.

Safe, clean and good location

The property was very nice and spacious. Amenities were nice. Location to restaurants and groceries is very good towards Los Altos. Close to In and Out Burger in Mt. View which was a treat. Property management is on the East Coast so some time difference for resolving issues, but they were responsive.

Loved this location!

We were so pleased with this property! Amazing location for us since our adult son lives 5 minutes away. There were many eateries within walking distance. Also, we were so happy to have secure parking. We will be back soon.

Great location, secure building, nice amenities. Would stay again if the headboards were to get attached to the beds. Both guests on this stay were awakened every time we moved, as the headboard hits the wall with each movement.

Clean, modern and comfortable

This is a spacious, modern place. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Indoor parking, reserved space, included in rental fees Check-in process was a little confusing, especially if you are parking a car. This isn't to discourage you from staying here, only to warn you to make sure you read and understand the directions carefully before you arrive. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Beautiful Apartment, Fabulous Location!

Our family came to the Bay Area for the Stanford/Utah game (which was a big disappointment!) but this apartment was absolutely fantastic! Instructions to do absolutely everything were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was comfortable and roomy. We played in the pool and hot tub, worked out in the fitness room, ate at the nearby restaurants, saw a movie in the swankiest theater down the street I've ever been to. It was a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone.
