Hotel was fine for one night. We stayed because we were going to a show at the Shoreline. Area was safe enough and hotel was clean. Breakfast was fine. Two places to grab a bite for dinner before the sore within walking distance.

Clean, kind staff, A/C heater worked great, and breakfast was simple but nice! Would definitely stay here again. We went here to attend a concert at shoreline. Very close. The next day, we caught the light rail to the 49er game. Very well located!

There was hair all over the bathroom, so it wasn’t very clean and no hot water. The water would never get hot so we couldn’t even shower there.

Rooms are nice. Bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Not a lot of choices, but that was OK with me. It’s in a convenient location, but you do hear a little bit of the freeway noise. Staff are very helpful.

Great place to stay for a concert at shoreline. We were only in the room a few hours. It's not as bad as previous reviews make it out to be. Dont expect a 5 star hotel experience and it's fine for a hotel near a freeway.

Great hotel, it is right next to the 101 Freeway so you can hear the cars passing all night. I am okay with that level of noice but some people may find it annoying. The room was super clean and the breakfast offered good options for a nice meal.

The first room I was assigned had dried urine droplets on the toilet seat. There was no phone, no working lamp on either side of the room. The second room I was assigned was better but as I waited for the room change, there were a lot of interesting characters checking in and I didn't feel safe. I was in town for a concert and end up taking an Lyft back home.
