We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Stone Cottage. It was exactly what we hoped for. Peace and relaxation. Beautiful cottage, comfortable furnishings. The tv was a bit small but otherwise everything was indeed cozy, private and affordable. We would definitely stay again.

Mountain View Cottage

We loved the hot tub! Cute cottage with quiet neighborhood. Kitchen could have been stocked better but this was not an issue as we did no cooking lol. Grill was dirty so we did not use that either. I would book it again! Host was very responsive.

The cabin was decorated nicely. Everything looked new. It was very clean. The only thing we didn’t like was there was only one TV and it was rather small. It is a very peaceful location.

Peaceful, private yet close enough to Mountain View

The Cottage was as advertised! Peaceful, private yet close enough to Mountain View to take in all the shopping and restaurants including the wonderful Bluegrass Festival. Clean, wonderful bed and though we didn’t take advantage of the fire pit area, it was inviting. This is a will return stay.

The property was beautiful and the stars were so bright with out any street lights everywhere. We loved every part of our stay. We would highly recommended this place. I would also suggest going to the square in Mountain View for good ole folk music. Some old time pickin and grinnin! Such an amazing experience!

Lovely clean cottage

It's a lovely stone cottage outside of town. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. My contact person was nice and helpful. The only thing we could say that might need improvement is it could use some lamps or under cabinet lights in the kitchen for cooking and cleaning up.

It couldn't have been any more perfect

The hubby and I spent our 15th anniversary at the Stone Cottage and it couldn't have been any more perfect. Everything was exactly as described and the place was immaculate. It is tucked away and very private. There is a kennel next door but the dogs did not bark very muchvery often at all. Customer service was top notch. Sarah was quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely return.

Quiet/secluded

It’s very off the beaten path which is what we wanted. Very clean cabin, comfortable beds, hot tub needs to be more adjustable (warmer), didn’t like there was $40 early check in fee with no one staying night before. Probably would not pay gain. Once we arrived someone had to put chemicals in hot tub, which in my opinion should have been done before arrival

Ok stay

The property is in a good secluded location. Very clean. However there were no products to clean the counters with after preparing food. The lighting in the kitchen isn’t good. The dishwasher isn’t bolted in. The grill was small and needs to be cleaned. The only tv in the cabin is small and off center from the couch. There is very little water pressure in the bathroom. The hot water heater was turned up to as high as suggested (130) and still didn’t have hot water for a shower. Both beds were very hard.The hot tub is extra, and it took me several attempts in messaging to get it added to our stay. However, while there, the staff was easy to contact and communicate with. Not a terrible place, but we won’t be staying again.

This is truly one of the nicest places we've ever stayed! The space was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and offered the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.
