PROPERTY WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. LOTS OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE IN OUR GROUP. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT THE HOT WATER HEATER WAS LEAKING AND IT HAD TO BE TURNED OFF.

Excellent stay

This is the perfect location or a yearly event I attend in the area. Love all the comfy beds available! There is a kitchen cupboard that won't close, it needs repaired and the TV cabinet needs a good cleaning in the drawers. Oh, and the storm shelter is hideous, filled with cigarette butts.I will definitely be reserving this property for next year!

Property was clean and comfortable. Well appointed location, adequately stocked with all necessities and linens enough for all 8 of us. One could choose to comfortably walk or drive to the downtown events. Short drive to FolkCenter, Calico Rock, City Rock Overlook,etc. Recommend!!

Family Vacation in The Ozarks

The first time in a long time that four generations of family got to spend time away together…..many precious memories made! The cottage was perfect and close to many restaurants, Blanchard Caverns and the quaint historical downtown with shops, music and festivities. We plan to come back. Thank you everything!

Such a beautiful place! Looks just like the pictures. My family is from Ohio and we stayed here over Christmas while visiting my mom’s side of the family. It was the perfect place to crash every evening and was comfortable enough for all 7 of us. We will most likely use this place again in the future.

The ladies thought the house was great roomy enough and clean, beds were comfortable had everything we needed for our group. The driveway was a little tricky to drive on and to get out of the car you had to watch and not step off the edge and get hurt. Thank you for allowing us to stay on your property. Great stay!

The stay was great! We had 7 adults the youngest was 64 years old! We were in town for a show at the Ozark Folk Center which wound up canceling due to server weather. Therefore we spent most of our time at the house. There was plenty of room for every one. The beds were very comfortable! It was nice having all the bathrooms. The kitchen was adequately stocked pot&pans, dishes, appliances, and utensils. Wifi worked great! Only issues we had was the drive was extremely narrow and we had 2 ladies using walkers. Due to the extreme rain we had it was hard for them to get in and out of the vehicles. Due to the weather the roads were under water going to our home and Caleb & Ethan were great working with us to extend our stay. Overall it was a great experience !

Everything You Need!

My sisters and I stayed at this beautifully remodeled house during a trip to Mtn View. We all had our own room, plenty of space, and the home is very cozy! Close to historic downtown and restaurants! Host was easy to communicate with! We loved the property!

Lovely home close to town

Great location, walking to downtown is a short walk. Place was comfortable and had new linens and was clean in the main house. Sunroom where I believe they allow dogs was not as clean(dog hair and dead ants on the floor). Had most things you’d need.
