"Very solid hotel, in a good area of the East Bay with a great hiking trail right behind the property. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Just remember your phone chargers not many options for juicing up the battery. "

"The parking charge was annoying. There was no free anything, no free water , breakfast, anything. The bath tube needed a mat for the inside. It was old and had been scrubbed too much and could have been dangerous."

"We were so comfortable at Hyatt House and I would highly recommend it! It’s so close to so much or just a quick Uber away. Breakfast is amazing! "

"Nice room but no air-conditioning no heat. During the daytime it's very hot in the room. I had to ask for a fan. The fan wasn't strong. It was still hot. Had to close the curtains heat was coming through the windows from the sun. Night time open the curtains to let the room cool down "

"I was told through expedia that i was able to garner hilton honors rewards for this stay, which i was not. Then, i tried calling Expedia and they connected me with somebody who barely knew how to work a computer and didn't even understand what i was talking about. The property was nice, management was difficult and expedia did not help with the rewards at all"

"Room must have had a pet in it previously and was not adequately cleaned or disclosed. Allergies kicked in right away and had to change rooms"
