This luxury farmhouse in the Alpilles is surrounded by a one-hectare olive grove opening onto the magnificent view offered by this exceptional geographical location.

It comprises: - A pleasant infinity pool (10x4m, depth from 0.40m to 1.80m) with bar-type safety cover, in service from April to end of October) furnished with sun loungers and parasols. - A large terrace of approximately 200 m² - A superb pool house with kitchenette (hob, crockery, fridge, oven, barbecue and garden furniture)



INTERIOR

With a surface area of 220 m², this Provençal farmhouse with swimming pool in the Alpilles is on two levels. It offers you all the luxury in the Provençal style. Each of the rooms is very spacious and carefully appointed.



GROUND FLOOR: A kitchen (25 m²) equipped with an American fridge, a 'LACANCHE' cooker, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso Krups coffee maker and a toaster.

A pantry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A living room (50 m²) very warm with its stone walls and traditional ceilings enhanced with a fireplace and a TV with satellite channels.

ECO-GESTURE The owners are in favour of sustainable development and sort their waste selectively. They use low-consumption light bulbs indoors. For green spaces, they water only in the morning and evening only, and use only local plant species. They have a geothermal heating system. The walls are decorated with natural lime.
