“It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience.……

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per 1 notte e sono rimasta davvero colpita. *Posizione centralissima*: si esce e si è subito nel centro storico di Viterbo, si gira tutto a piedi senza stress. La struttura è *molto elegante e curatissima in ogni dettaglio*, pulizia impeccabile. La camera era spaziosa, luminosa e dotata di tutto il necessario, anche un angolo cottura perfetto per chi vuole sentirsi come a casa. Letto comodissimo. Ma il vero……

“You should change location of a kettle, it is not wise to keep it under TV. Also, could be couple of chairs, but overall everything is great-location wise”

“This hotel is American style, very different from the hotels in my last journey. The staff are so sweet helping my email printing. The breakfast is so adorable and abundant. You need to have a car to stay here. However, $5 for parking in the hotel can be considered. After all, there are many parking space around the hotel.”

“The hotel was very clean, updated and modern room ( 103) . Thermal outdoor pool was gigantic and really special . Very close to town of Viterbo . It was just superb and we hope to be back again.”
