"Our room was newly renovated. It had a balcony thar faced quiet residencial street. Receptionist was nice."

"On check in the man at the counter was adequately helpful and made the process painless. The location on the main road through town is a blessing and a curse, bring earplugs if you sleep light. The room had a little baby stove and kitchen which was OK. The coffee machine was welcome. The bad part was the cleanliness of everything. The shower was dirty af, and I woke up with someone else's hair on my head. As a bald man, I'm certain it wasn't mine. Spend the extra $20/night and go up a star."

"Room was ok for an overnight stay and we would stay again. Price was very reasonable to overlook some things. I would recommend to wipe down baseboards on occasion as it will improve the cleaning rating. Shower, sink and toilet were all clean & in good condition. Bed was comfortable and bedding in good condition. Vinyl plank should be mopped after every traveller's stay if not done already. I have been in a few where you don't want to take your shoes off. Being in a dog room, it looked like someone had locked a large dog in the bathroom and a lot of scratching damage was done. Repairs on the drywall should be professionally done - not critical to the stay but all these things help with the overall impression. Staff is very good & helpful."

"Underground parking for extra cost"

"Hotel room was showing some wear in the bathroom. Clean rooms with comfy beds. You could hear noise from adjoining rooms and rooms above. There were young sports teams staying there and full of energy. Things calmed down by 11 pm. We did not take advantage of any of the amenities. "

"Was the worst room we have ever stayed in. There was a dilapidated old chair in the corner which when moved had an empty vodka bottle behind it. The chair was vinyl and peeling on the arms and seat. Looked like it had come out of the dump. The chair at the desk was not safe to sit on. Traffic noise made it almost impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was musty smelling. We didn’t stay for breakfast because we were in too much of a hurry to leave."

"Great location, very walkable area. No elevator so carried luggage up to third floor. Water in shower was scalding hot, was impossible to get a good balance to take a comfortable shower."

"The bathroom was NOT clean. There was urine on the toilet base, the light fixture was splattered with something red and had a layer of dirt on it, the light switch plate and wall underneath were dirty. The cloth chair had a large stain on the seat. The floor lamp switch was broken you had to plug and unplug it. Breakfast was minimal. There was a hot plate with nothing in it, pancake machine made rubber pancakes. There needs to be more attention to fine cleaning details. I did ask the cleaning staff to tend to the bathroom and chair issue, but I should not have had to. I would not stay there again for the price. Very disappointed."
