「First of all, the guy working the counter was not very hospitable. I am hearing challenged and he was hardly audible. Secondly, since I am a guest at your facility, how about stadning and greeting me with, "Hello. How may I help you?" Not very friendly, spoke with a heavy accent and overall had a devil-may-care attitude.
