"Dusty bed room dirty, amenities tissue, facial tissue, everything hunted bad experience so we had to check out the following day I talked to one of your agent that uf i can get a refund because it was a easte of money checking in on that hotel so we had to find a better one the vibes hospitality was off i told it was my birthday but nothing they just look at you. "This hotel is located across the water from the downtown area. There is a ferry to get across so one does not need to drive back and forth. The rooms could use a bit of a refurbish but the bath is fine. "
