Great location & Home,... however
The home is spacious and clean. However, Listing should inform you that there is a TREMENDOUS amount of construction going on near and around the unit. Contractor storage, machines and trucks made it difficult to get to and out of the property. Also sitting on the front deck was out of the question. Only hear & look at ongoing construction. We also had a small issue with original code sent to us. Code sent 1st day of reservation would not work. Had to call the help number and they gave us a 2nd code that allowed us access.

Our sons wedding weekend!
Excellent property! We had 9 adults & 1 toddler staying together and the home was spacious & lovely. There was a pack n play that worked well, although we were told there would not be one available. We celebrated our son & DIL’s wedding weekend & had plenty of room for hanging out and relaxing. There was poor communication with management but we didn’t let that ruin our celebration. We would stay there again!

Amazing location with trails right out ur front door. Check in was hard , the garbage was over filled in garage but other then that place was amazing and great details . Just becoming a older home in appliances etc . Hard to feed 12 if you had that many with the small range

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well kept, we will definitely book to stay again. The only mild con is that we couldn't figure out how to get the Xbox to work.

Not as good as advertised.
Spent the long weekend with 2 families at this rental. First upon arrival the check in process was not correct and I had to contact property management to be let in via a different method. Second the hot tub was disgusting upon arrival, there was sand in the hot tub and the water was murky at best. The expansive patio was completely trashed, the patio cushions were stained everywhere and there was ash/embers from the fire place everywhere. So much so that we messaged to have it cleaned but unfortunately did not hear back from property management until the last day. Overall the house is comfortable for 2 families and has most of the items you would want EXCEPT enough hot water for people to shower. In a house this size they had a simple 40 gallon hot water heater and each person had to rotate when they could take showers (very frustrating). For a home that rents for nearly $1000/night you would expect things to be clean and have get better amenities and location. You can get a better value from someplace right in Government Camp and avoid having to cross the highway to get to anything.

Paid premium price and expect correct code to enter property without having to wait on phone for 15 minutes to get correct one. Expect hot shower for 12 people not just for 2 people. Expect to use outdoor fireplace and chairs on covered deck without having to shovel snow. House temp upon entry was 54 degrees and took 2 hours to get to comfortable temp. Sink on mainfloor bathroom was clogged. You knew guests were coming and should have all the above ready to use. Partial refund?

Wow. Just wow. Perfect place to enjoy Mt. hood with the family. Kitchen set up great. Gas fireplace inside and outside and in master bedroom. Basement set up perfectly for the kiddos.
