“host cancelled my reservation the DAY of my booking (around 4:30pm!!) and made no effort to contact me to let me know. i got an email from VRBO saying it had been cancelled, which i didnt see until 8pm (when i was 30 minutes away). literally left me with no where to stay for the night. ”
