Louisville Mt. Washington Library Hotels

"Stayed here for Kentucky Derby... rooms were good. Our toilet didn't work the entire trip, at $600/night that was less than ideal. Had to tell front desk several times... never stayed working. Boiling lava hot hot tub, I mean, uncomfortably hot, we also told staff and they didn't fix. Really nice people here though...."

"Extremely dirty/nasty. Staff very rude and ghetto. Dont waste your time booking here, you will be throughly upset and disgusted. Absolutely HATED it here and this place need to be reported to the health department. "

"The room was dirty and had old needle tops under the bed the staff was disrespectful and called the police on me for informing them and did not want to give me back my deposit"

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room had a very strong sewage smell. We arrived very late at night and were only there 2 nights so we did not have time to request a room change. It was Derby weekend and the hotel was full. Not sure if it was just our specific room as we were beside the laundry."
